  • 1) BRAIN O KOTA INTRODUCE cool faculty’s concept first time ever in India.
  • 2) In this system we trained our faculties stress free teaching.
  • 3) We recruit our faculties through typical recruitment process which involves scrutiny of applications, written test, demonstration of lectures and personal interview apart from excellent academic record.
  • 4) Training is been imparted to newly appointed faculty member by our core teammembers according to our system.
  • 5) Our Guru’s are graduate /P.G ( B.tech/M.tech/B.E/ B.Sc/ M.Sc) / PHD/ Dr from IIT/NIIT’s/ Medical College & deemed Universities with excellent academic record.
  • 6) We conduct FACULTY TRAINING PROGRAM (FTP) every year to synchronize all BRAIN O KOTA faculties and update them according to new changes.
  • 7) Our faculty members are trained to complete the syllabus on time.

  • REGULAR CLASSES
    • 1) There are 4 to 6 lecture per week/per subject.
    • 2) The total number of lecture per week are 16 to 25.
    • 3) The lecture timing is from 60 minute to 90 minute.
    • 4) The components of lecture are:
      • A) Doubt clearing discussion of previous lecture by MODULE.
      • B) Theoretical and conceptual learning of subject
      • C) Allotment of homework for next lecture through Module
      • D) DPP discussion.
    • 5) Our facultyfollows the standard lecture notes. This helps in synchronized teaching of all batches at all study centres across the country.
    • 6) Detailed class notes are prepared by students in the classroom for Board and competitiveexaminations.
    • 7) Our faculty assigns the homework to students through Module/DPP or from NCERT books.
    • 8) This assigned home work is discussed in next class.

  • MODULES
    • 1) A Module is a topic vies collection of problems of each subject i.e. PCBM. It is provided tostudents in printed format.
    • 2) The entire syllabus of NEET/JEE ( mains + advance) / NTSE is divided into 6 modules in each subject***
    • 3) The content of the Module start with summarized theory related to the particular topic. It gives quick revision of chapters.
    • 4) There are beginner and homework assignment exercise in theory content.
    • 5) There are 3 type of exercises:
      • Exercise 1st - It is the collection of questions based on concept.
      • Exercise 2nd – It is the collection of previous 10 year’s questions of related course i.e. NEET/ JEE (Mains + advance) / NTSE.
      • Exercise 3rd- It is the collection of analytical questions. Basically these questionsare brain teaser.
    • 6) The answers of all the problems are provided at the end of every chapter.

  • DPP’s
    • 1) It is a set of problems assign to student as a part of the homework and is to attempted at home.
    • 2) We provide the DPPsof related topics of each day’s lecture.
    • 3) The objective of DPP is to revise all the concepts which have been taught till date.
    • 4) A DPP is having some average questions includes all variety of questions like single choice , multiple choice, short objective , long subjective, match the Column, comprehensive , assertion & Reason , true or false, fill in the blanks and miscellaneous types questions.
    • 5) DDP can be changed according to the selected course.
    • 6) Each DPP is assigned with total time/marks for self-assessment.
    • 7) The discussion of problem and its solution of DPP’s questions is done in the next lecture.
    • 8) DPP gradually helps in developing the habit and practice of revision of syllabus.***
    • 9) DPP works as an additional question bank for the NEET/IIT JEE(Mains + advance)/ NTSE.

  • DOUBT REMOVAL COUNTER (DRC)
    • 1) Doubt removal counter facility is the U.S.P of our system.
    • 2) It is scheduled based doubt removal counter at institute / school premises.
    • 3) It helps to rectify the doubts of each day practice.
    • 4) It is also useful for those students who was absent in their previous class due to any health emergency.
    • 5) We design our doubt removal counter facility on the slogan – **dydjslksvktdj^^ -do the work that needs to be done now. There is no other time then now.

  • PERIODIC TEST
    • 1) This test is conducted after every 14/21 days/ 1 month .
    • 2) The pattern of this test paper is based on IIT JEE (Mains + advance) /NEET / NTSE.
    • 3) After examination, solution of the paper are provided by teachers in their next regular class.
    • 4) Result is displayed at notice board as well as our website www.brainokota.com within a week.
    • 5) We conduct 2 stage examination SET & MET for the NTSE students.
    • 6) We also organise different type of examinations for preparation of Board level. This is known as the School Examinations Papers (SEP).

  • RESULT ANALYSIS & FEED BACK SYSTEM
    • 1) After each test, we analyse student’s academic performance at different levels on various parameters by our Result Analysis software.
    • 2) Academic performance of the student is also analysed at subject , topic, question and concept vies.
    • 3) Each periodic test is concluded with summary report of numbers of mistake, working practice adopted by the student in attempting the problems. Its helps in refining the preparation of students by highlighting the weak areas.****
    • 4) We continuously improve our teaching Methodologies. We add new and innovative problems in our study material. We change our test pattern,toughness level and variety in our test paper time to time for better practice of IIT/JEE (Mains + advance).
    • 5) Feedback form are taken from students once in a month to improve the efficiency of system.
    • 6) Its helps in rectifying the problems regarding academic system.
    • 7) Academic discipline, guidelines, code of conduct is followed strictly by all the faculty members related to the syllabus exercise, content delivery, start /end of the class behaviour toward students.
